Welcome to MISTERMONSAITO Commissions! This agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing my commission services. Please review these terms carefully before placing any order, as placing a commission with I indicates your acceptance and agreement to these terms.
Note: I handle commissions as a secondary job alongside full-time work, so please understand if there are slight delays in responses or delivery. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding! :)
Commission Process
You can check my availability on the homepage of this website. If it shows "Open," feel free to commission me directly through the website or contact me personally, and I will confirm the details with you within 1-2 days.
Pricing and Payment
• Pricing: Commission prices vary based on the type and complexity of the artwork. All pricing information will be provided in the order form or during direct communication.
• Payment: Full payment (100%) is required upfront to confirm the order, and work will only begin after the payment is received.
• Payment Method: We accept payments exclusively through PayPal
Revisions and Cancellations
• Revisions: Clients are allowed up to TWO revisions after receiving the initial draft. Additional changes may incur an extra fee.
• Cancellations: Once payment is made, cancellations are not allowed. Please be sure of your decision before completing the payment.
Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver commissions within the agreed timeframe. However, please understand that unforeseen circumstances—such as natural disasters or technical issues—may cause delays beyond our control.
Copyright and Usage Rights
• Copyright: Once full payment is completed, the copyright of the commissioned work is transferred to the client. However, we reserve the right to use the artwork for our promotional purposes. If you prefer that the artwork not be posted, please let us know in advance.
• Usage Rights: The commissioned artwork is provided for personal use only. For commercial use (including streaming-related uses), an additional fee of +100% applies.
All works intended for profit-making activities, promotional events, or any form of advertising are considered commercial use.
